18:00-22:00 - pre-race registration, race bag pick-up, possibility to deposit bike for safekeeping (will be delivered on Saturday at transition area No 1), deposit of objects to be placed in transition areas
19:00-19:30 - pre-race briefing (polish and english language, german if necessary)

7.7.2012 - Saturday

municipal beach at Głębokie lake :
5:00-5:30 - deposit of objects to be placed in transition area No 2, inserting bikes to transition area No 1, start numbers will be marked on the athletes' upper arms and leg
5:40 - warm up, preparing for start

  7:00 - TRIATHLON START
    9:30 - end of swimming time limit
  18:00 - end of bike time limit
23:00 - TRIATHLON END

from 20:00 - decoration of winners, finish line party

8:00-12:00 - pick-up of objects from transition areas, pick-up of bikes deposited for safekeeping
