- Spieler für die Teilnahme an unseren Wettbewerben, die kamen oft aus weit entfernten Teilen, Lächeln, trotz der Müdigkeit und eine heiße, sportliche Atmosphäre trotz kaltem und regnerischem Wetter,
- Agnieszka Ośmiańska (Leiter der Übergangszone Nr. 2), die in den letzten Tagen verbrachten die Organisation der Veranstaltung,

1.5.2011 - Für einen guten Start in die Saison empfehlen wir - IX Gryfiński Festiwal Triathlonowy, die am 14. Mai 2011 in Gryfino statt (30 km von Szczecin)

25.4.2011 - Wir haben die Tour und überprüfen Sie die Oberfläche des Radwegs. Die gesamte Länge der Schleife Qualität unverändert im Vergleich zum Vorjahr (hohe Qualität). Auf der Straße nach Schleife eine der weniger guten Straßenabschnitt wurde renoviert, so dass Sie im Grunde nur zwei Stücke von mehreren hundert Metern, wo Sie mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim Fahrradfahren.

21.2.2011 - Wir änderten das Datum "eXtremalna Sobota 2011" auf den ersten Samstag im Juli 2011: 2. Juli 2011

In den anfänglichen Datum wird eine große Sportveranstaltung in der Stadt Stettin stattfinden - Janusz Kusocinski International Memorial.
Ändern des Datums ist endgültig.

15.1.2011 - Wir gaben ihm den Namen des seligen Andenkens Jolanta Maślanka.

Mit tiefer Trauer, Schmerz und große Trauer des Herzens zu verkünden,

Animator Sport von Kindern und Jugendlichen auf dem Platz "gut" Stadt,
liebevolle Mutter und Ehefrau.

Sie war erst 48 Jahre alt. Seit über einem Jahr Kampf gegen den Krebs-Melanom.

25.6.2010 - Wir haben Anmeldeschluss und Zahlungsfrist bis Freitag verlängert - 9. Juli 2010

25.4.2010 - Wir haben die Qualität der Asphalt auf der Radstrecke überprüft und es ist immer noch sehr gut. Darüber hinaus in bestimmten Teilen der coursce wird es komplett neue Oberfläche.

3.4.2010 - Wir über die Möglichkeit der Startnummer im Bereich 2-99 wählen erinnern. Anzahl nach der Zahlung einer Anmeldegebühr (wird garantiert im Falle eines Konflikts bestimmt die Reihenfolge der Bezahlung).

8.1.2010 - Wir freuen uns, bekannt zu geben, dass die Vorbereitungen für die Ausgabe in diesem Jahr in vollem Gange sind. Bald werden wir das Geheimnis der Naht offen zu legen:)

1.10.2009 - Änderung des Termins der 5. Auflage ! Auf der organisatorischen Sitzung haben wir beschlossen, die Tradition der Organisation unserer Veranstaltung am letzten Samstag im Juli weiter. Daher ist das Datum der nächsten Ausgabe 31.7.2010 !

Sompong Sombati - Last year, to mark turning 60, Sompong Sombati did something even he calls crazy: he completed six ultradistance triathlons in a five-month span. In each event the Virginia medical researcher swam 3.8 km, biked 180 km, and ran a full marathon. He does this to relax !

This year he decided to start in our event again.

16.7.2009 - We updated Event-Zeitplan and added some additional informations in Wie man Szczecin

8.7.2009 - Due to the deteriorating quality of roads on the last year route we decided to change radically the bike route. For almost all of the new route is a very good surface quality. The disadvantage of this route, unfortunately, is that it leads in the majority among the forests of Wkrzanska Primeval Forest, so is not as picturesque as the previous one, which proceeded to a large extent, also among the fields and meadows.
On the route page there is already up-to-date map.

10.6.2009 - Due to high interest on our event we increase the limit of the number of participants to 50 peoples!
We are also introducing a new category - team relay - in short, each member of a 3-people team will have to race in one discipline - distances across disciplines are the same as an individual category, we will provide more details of the next weekend.

19.5.2009 - We are very pleased to inform that Sombati Sompong (from Richmond, U.S.A) have just registered for our race as a 26th competitor. He found a lot of joy during last year's edition of our event and decided to start again. It will be his 27th iron distance triathlon !!!

27.8.2008 - We started preparing to IV Iron Triathlon - "eXtremalna Sobota 2009", immediately after the event organizers met to do the "brainstorming" and to summarize on the fly the organization this year and write all the comments, suggestions and ideas to be implemented in the course of the next edition, notes taken a few A4 pages !!!

basic informations:

the Triathlon will take place on 26.7.2008 (last Saturday of the July) on the area of Szczecin and surroundings

rules should not undergo great changes from last edition

certainly this year additional attractions and benefits will appear for competitors, we will know their detailed scope at a later date

an amount of the registration fee isn't changing and the way last year he amounts to 100 zł (30 EUR, 46 USD)

the preliminary project of the route just at that moment is being established, on account of the entry of Poland to the Schengen zone new possibilities of establishing routes running partly on the area of Germany appeared

we ask all remarks interested for proposing concerning the route from the last year's edition
- whether you liked the footpath around the lake Głębokie?
- on the bicycle route was the quality of asphalt acceptable? (choice of different routes is possible but e.g. with cost of large amounts of manoeuvres (of turns and the like))
- whether marking the route was precise and didn't raise doubts?

what you would still like so that is on the party / what you lacked / what wasn't the way it is necessary?
we ask parties concerning the organization also for all different suggestions

all your remarks will help us to organize this year's editions on far higher organizational level than previous

16.7.2007, 1:00 a.m. - the temperature in Szczecin reaches 31.5 deg. C ( 89 Fahrenheit) in the shade, let us hope that it will be during the event a bit more coldly

16.7.2007 - we already carried exact measurements of routes out and we did current photographs, today evening they will appear on the web site

11.7.2007 - on 16 July accurate maps, photographs and a check list of kilometres will appear together with the location of food stations

10.7.2007 - Maślanka Jolanta, former Polish Triathlon Champion (making a start also in our party), handed over two one's cups as the award for the best competitor in the category of women and men

21.06.2007 - it is possible already to pay the registration fee in, account number and details are given in the section "Entry fee", before the payment of the entry fee we ask one more time to read race rules , we made a few minor changes in it this way so that it was maximally similar to rules of other iron distance triathlons and triathlons of Ironman series (tm)

Preparations for the II edition of the race already started. At the moment it is too early for giving concrete datails, but judging by the interest we are expecting at least a dozen or so competitors.
