31.7.2010 - V Iron Triathlon - "eXtremalna Sobota 2010"

We would like to invite you to start in the second edition of the Iron Triathlon "eXtremalna Sobota" ("eXtreme Saturday")

Triathlon will take place on 31.7.2010 in Szczecin and nearby area on Iron distance  3.8 km swim / 180 km bike / 42.195 km run (2.4 mi. / 112 mi. / 26.2 miles).

Race goals:
- checking borders of the personal physical durability and the psychological resistance on this distance
- popularization of the triathlon as forms of the recreation
- propagating a healthy lifestyle, an active leisure and the recreation
- showing tourist advantages of Szczecin and surroundings

We guarantee:
- participation in real Iron distance triathlon - finishing in time limit gives great satisfaction and well-earned name of "Man of Iron"
- possibility to check and overcome our own physical and mental barriers
- many hours of fair-play competition
- big amount of fresh air from Wkrzanska Primeval Forest

This year's edition similarly how is previous organised by competitors and for competitors.
We invite everyone willing which would like to help with the organization of the race.

We also invites everyone for cheers of competitors in the day of the race.

Licences aren't required. The race has amateur character.

We ask for sending remarks and suggestions concerning the race.
