- checkpoints and transition zones signs was harmonized - all of them have signs as PKx where x is the next digit, also maps and race course have been changed accordingly
- Easier to read section "How to reach Szczecin"

13.7.2010 -  We have extended registration closing date and payment date to Friday - July 16, 2010

25.4.2010 - We have reviewed the quality of asphalt on the bike course and it is still very good. In addition, in certain parts of the coursce there will be completely new surface.

3.4.2010 - We remind about the possibility to choose of start number in the range 2-99.
Number is guaranteed after paying a registration fee (in case of conflict determines the order of payment).

8.1.2010 - We are pleased to announce that preparations for this year edition are in full swing. Soon, we will disclose the mystery of Seam :)

1.10.2009 - Change of the date of 5th edition ! At the organizational meeting, we decided to continue the tradition of organizing our event on the last Saturday of July. Therefore, the date of the next edition is 31.7.2010 !

Sompong Sombati - Last year, to mark turning 60, Sompong Sombati did something even he calls crazy: he completed six ultradistance triathlons in a five-month span. In each event the Virginia medical researcher swam 3.8 km, biked 180 km, and ran a full marathon. He does this to relax ! This year he decided to start in our event again. Congratulations on your condition and see you at start line Som !

08.7.2009 - Due to the deteriorating quality of roads on the last year route we decided to change radically the bike route. For almost all of the new route is a very good surface quality. The disadvantage of this route, unfortunately, is that it leads in the majority among the forests of Wkrzanska Primeval Forest, so is not as picturesque as the previous one, which proceeded to a large extent, also among the fields and meadows.
On the route page there is already up-to-date map.

10.06.2009 - Due to high interest on our event we increase the limit of the number of participants to 50 peoples!
We are also introducing a new category - team relay - in short, each member of a 3-people team will have to race in one discipline - distances across disciplines are the same as an individual category, we will provide more details of the next weekend.

19.05.2009 - We are very pleased to inform that Sombati Sompong (from Richmond, U.S.A) have just registered for our race as a 26th competitor. He found a lot of joy during last year's edition of our event and decided to start again. It will be his 27th iron distance triathlon !!!

16.01.2009 - preparations are going "full steam", thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we can  significantly enhance our event this year, we'll provide more details later

27.08.2008 - We started preparing to IV Iron Triathlon - "eXtremalna Sobota 2009", immediately after the event organizers met to do the "brainstorming" and to summarize on the fly the organization this year and write all the comments, suggestions and ideas to be implemented in the course of the next edition, notes taken a few A4 pages !!!
