The course

- swim ( 3.8 km = 2.4 miles ): Głębokie lake (birds view)
- bike (176 km = 109 miles ): Głębokie - Dobra - Buk - Stolec - Dobieszczyn - Tanowo - Tatynia - Police (u-turn) - return the same way = 86 km = 26.8 miles x 2 loops
                                end of second loop - Arkonia stadium
- run ( 42.195 km = 26.2 miles):  Arkonia stadium -
                         - Głębokie - Dobra (u-turn) - Głębokie : 2 loops
                         - Głębokie - Pilchowo - Głębokie :  1 loop
                         - Arkonia stadium (finish)

The course is almost flat, elevation difference is a few dozen meters (feets)
